These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Incendio app ("the app"). By downloading or using Incendio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Incendio on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Incendio Pro is offered through the following options, purchased via the App Store and billed to your Apple Account:
Auto-renewal terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the App Store: open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Current prices are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase and may vary by region. Purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies; we are not able to process refunds directly.
Incendio permanently deletes photos and videos from your device when you choose to do so. You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion and for maintaining your own backups. We are not responsible for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from your use of the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
